Shipping TIMES are 7-10 Business days and in some cases due to weather, slow mail and or the Vendor is a bit backed up this can slow down shipping; please be patient, once I receive the Wig I will SHIP it immediately!
Color Disclaimer: Please understand that the actual colors of the wigs can vary due to the device you’re viewing on, lighting and that the fact that everyone sees colors differently. Despite all efforts to provide images, color swatches online and in person that are as true to life as possible, we cannot guarantee that the color you receive will be exactly how you viewed it.
I do understand that is some cases we do order a Wig and then realize we no longer like it or its just not for us however For the Health and safety of others that may be immuno-compromised and other Heath Conditions please review the Return Policy below.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed the order is then preparing for shipment and can NOT be cancelled.
Return Policy:
To be eligible for a return the item must be damaged in some way and I must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the item/wig. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with photos immediately once received.*** Returns are not accepted if you decide upon a different color or item if you decide upon another wig I am happy to work with you on providing a discounted rate for you so you can purchase the one you would like. If you ORDER a WIG that is out of stock please check your email as I will notify you regarding a change of color.
In VERY LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES DO I ALLOW A RETURN and To start a return due to damage only you can contact us at midwest.dollar.makeup@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items CANNOT be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products wigs included.) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
I do NOT ACCEPT RETURNS although in a certain situations if applicable we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not in store credit will be applied. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to in store credit.
